I, __________________ agree that all submissions of material to Burch Media Inc. do not transfer the copyright of that material to Burch Media, Inc.. However, by submitting the material, I grant Burch Media, Inc. perpetual, non-exclusive, electronic rights to modify, publish and reproduce that material.

I understand that Burch Media, Inc. will not use my materials without attributing them to me, without my prior agreement. If I object to any modification by Burch Media, Inc. of my materials (except for minor edits), Burch Media, Inc. will either restore the original text and context, or delete the materials.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, exclusive of its provisions on conflicts of laws.
